On April 20 of this year, a meeting was held between the management of SEZ Aktau Seaport JSC and representatives of the large German company Martrade Group, which has branches in 8 countries and terminals in the ports of Ukraine, India and Iraq.

During the meeting, explanations were given on the procedure for the placement of projects, the provision of land plots, benefits and preferences provided to SEZ participants, as well as other norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the activities of special economic zones. The representative of the customs authority on the territory of the SEZ gave full explanations on the issue of customs regulation of the activities of logistics companies. Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on further cooperation.
